• Include and itemize any proposer incurred costs to create a turn -key operation, service fees, <br />initial and on -going costs. <br />Utilities (Natural Gas, Electric, and Water) to run the boilers, heaters, control panels, <br />fertilizer injectors, etc T & L Nursery would also like to utilize the vacuum seeder, <br />mini flat filler, and plant racks at the facility. All assets will remain on the property at <br />the greenhouse. <br />T&L Nursery will supply proof of insurances needed to cover accidents or property <br />damage to the facility or workers. <br />PLEASE NOTE: T&L Nursery is an ongoing wholesale nursery that does not supply plant <br />material to the general public. We will not have our customers on the property for <br />order pick up, or general sales. The only expected added traffic will be our trucks <br />moving plant product on and off the property and the UPS / FedEx drivers delivering <br />or picking up product. <br />2 <br />
