3. Community and Recreation Benefit A. Describe how the City of Everett Parks Department, residents or visitors will benefit from your project. Why should the City accept your proposal in terms of community and recreation benefit? How many people do you anticipate serving with your approach? The main benefit to theresidence of Everett will be an opportunity to gain employment at the City greenhouse facility. We are currently projecting needing 1 full time grower and 9 additional part time employees for planting, maintaining, and shipping the product. The other big benefit is that City of Everett Parks Department has a trusted, well- known local grower to run and maintain the greenhouse facility. B. Describe how your company or project manager will keep City of Everett timely informed of any issues related to delivering the services described in this RFP. Checking in at regular intervals with updates on how things are progressing via email. C. Describe any other benefits with regards to the City, residents and visitors that have not already been addressed. 4. Risk, Performance, and Quality Assurance A.
