D. Describe the proposed customer service plan. Include any customer service standards and the process for keeping <br />the City informed of complaints that are received <br />All customer service issues would be handled either directly with T&L Nursery and/or <br />with the company that we will be producing the product for. The City of Everett's <br />name would not appear in any form or publication related to this project. It will not be <br />public information as to where the product for this program is grown. <br />Should the need arise that there is a complaint that directly relates to the property we <br />would keep the City informed by written communications within 7 days of the <br />incident <br />E.
