What are their years of experience, years in <br />industry, years with firm, year of applicable licenses, <br />and etc. Provide a list of three relevant projects <br />that person has been involved in and their role. <br />Lisa Grueter, AICP will serve cis Project Manager. She is a Principal at BERK with more than <br />30 years of experience in planning and policy analysis. She will serve as the day-to-day <br />point of contact for this protect and interface directly with the City s Project Team. Lisa has <br />completed parks and trail system plans for local communities including Pierce County and the <br />cities of Burlington, Sumner, Port Townsend, Issaquah, and Renton. She is working with the City <br />of Sealac on completion of their PROS Plan update. Lisa also managed the development of <br />Snohomish County s Parks Level of Service in support of its Parks Element and the County s <br />2015 Comprehensive Plan update. Recently, she completed the Snohomish County Southwest <br />UGA Boundary Planning Study that considered the future of the study area, growth scenarios, <br />and future service delivery by the County. BERK assisted Pierce County with an update to their Parks, Recreation, <br />and Open Space (PROS) Plan. The project evolved in three stages: 1) 2014 <br />PROS Plan update to remain grant eligible, with community outreach and <br />a detailed revenue analysis; 2) white papers on best role, funding, and <br />partnerships; capital project prioritization approach, and an impact fee <br />rate study adopted in 2016, involving intensive review by an Impact Fee <br />Working Group; and 3) a new vision and strategic parks plan building an <br />the prior stages, adopted in 2020. <br />"A million thanks to Lisa who <br />offered insight and solutions <br />throughout the past couple of years, <br />she is amazing!
