BERK staff will conduct a kick-off meeting with the City's project <br />management team to review a draft project management plan which will include the scope <br />and timeline, City and consultant team roles, and communication protocols for the project <br />The kick-off meeting will also review the outreach strategy and identify key stakeholders. To <br />provide a foundation for the analysis, BERK will assess existing available data and identify <br />any information needs. <br />As part of the kick-off meeting, we also propose a tour of facility, park and trail sites, <br />conducted in -person or through a coordinated set of individual windshield tours if social <br />distancing practices are still in place. <br />NI PROPOSAL • SUBMITTED OCTOBER 27, 2020 13 <br />
