We will work closely with the Everett Project Team and have weekly check -ins to
ensure all tasks are moving forward according to the schedule, which will be finalized during
scoping. We understand that life does not occur in a vacuum, and therefore will use these
project management meetings to check in on both the tasks the consultant team is leading as
well cis the work City staff might be handling. This will allow all parties to identify potential
scheduling conflicts in advance.
At any given time, BERK staff are working on multiple projects with multiple teams. When
we commit to projects, we closely review our internal workload planning at a firm level to
ensure we have the right team on the right project. As a firm, we check -in weekly and discuss
upcoming project needs, as well cis triage for important deliverables and project deadlines.
This ensures we're all on the same page, even if we're not working on the same projects.
BERK and our subconsultants have additional staff capacity available to support this project
cis needed.
ll PROPOSAL • SUBMITTED OCTOBER 27, 2020 29
