Snohomish County has purchased software called Julota, a cloud -based client <br />tracking program that LEAD will utilize as a case management tool for LEAD clients Julota will <br />allow LEAD member agencies/organizations to securely share data to streamline processes and <br />better serve clients. As a LEAD partner agency, the City of Everett has access to the portal at no <br />cost, however every entity using the software must sign a license agreement with Julota. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Julota Software as a Service license agreement to provide City of <br />Everett staff access to the Snohomish County LEAD program portal at no cost to the City <br />
