Although 1/R12 may not accurately depict <br /> the framing in 5/S1.0, it accurately references detail 5/S1.0 which is the basis for construction of the steel <br /> framing. In our opinion, no changes to 5/S1.0 or 1/R12 are necessary. <br /> 10. City of Everett Comment: Detail 2/R12 shows framing suspended below the roof edge. The framing is <br /> identified as existing similar to Detail 3/R12, but is shown in bold line weight, indicating new construction <br /> similar to Detail 1/R12.
