Update and manage volunteer and supporters email list. <br /> 10)Forterra will send upcoming 2021 events,trainings, and opportunities monthly to Green <br /> Everett Partnership email distribution list. <br /> 11)Forterra will provide content to Everett Parks for publications,presentations, local <br /> newspapers, radio and neighborhood blogs or newsletters as requested by the City. <br /> Task Three: Field Restoration and Tracking <br /> In addition to recruiting a network of Forest Stewards and volunteers, supporting work parties <br /> and tracking forest restoration progress is critical to the success of the Green Everett Partnership. <br /> Task Three Deliverables <br /> 1) Forterra will collect,process, and maintain work log data in a database for all volunteer <br /> events and other restoration work by volunteers and crews. <br /> 2) Forterra will submit midyear and end-of-year reports, including program statistics. <br /> 3) Forterra will work with the City to develop a standard format for park stewardship plans. <br /> Update at least two plans in this format, including updates of recent restoration work at <br /> the park since the plan was originally written. <br /> Task Four: Administration and Resources <br /> It is important for the Partnership to plan and measure progress toward both the annual and 20- <br /> year goals and to adaptively manage restoration strategies and volunteer recruitment as needed. <br />
