The City of Everett has engaged in Snohomish County Public Utility District's Time of Day pilot as conveyed in their signing of the Time of Day Pilot Participation Agreement as of April 8,2020. By signature on this Exhibit 1 the City of Everett has confirmed their request that the Everett Transit account identified in the Participation Agreement and below shall be transitioned to the Supplemental Time of Day Rate effective January 1,2021.
