Riverview and the City are parties to the Environmental Covenant and Agreement <br />recorded under Snohomish County Recording No. 201910180215 (the "Covenant"), which <br />concerns cleanup related to certain Riverview property legally described in Exhibit A hereto, and <br />certain City property as legally described in Exhibit B hereto. <br />B. The term of the Covenant expires on January 1, 2021.
