1. The second sentence of Covenant Section 4 is deleted and replaced with the <br />following: "This Covenant terminates effective upon the earlier of (A) written notice of <br />termination from the City to Riverview or (B) January 1, 2023." Regardless of the date(s) on <br />which this Amendment is signed by the parties, the parties agree that the Covenant will not expire <br />on January 1, 2021, but instead will remain in effect until it terminates in accordance with this <br />Amendment. <br />2.
