performance. Expenses for general administration shall also be paid against the line item budgets <br /> specified in Paragraph Ill and in accordance with performance. <br /> Payments may be contingent upon certification of the Subrecipient's financial management system in <br /> accordance with the standards specified in 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements. <br /> Requests for reimbursement must be in the format acceptable to the City of Everett. Exhibit "D" <br /> shall be used for all reimbursement requests under this agreement and be accompanied by <br /> appropriate source document as described in Exhibit D. Requests for reimbursement shall be <br /> submitted to the City no less than once per quarter following execution of this agreement unless <br /> otherwise approved by the Community Development Director or designee. <br /> V. Pre-Award Costs <br /> Pre-award costs incurred by the Agency from the beginning of the time of performance set forth in <br /> Section II. Time of Performance, of this agreement may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance <br /> with 24 CFR 570.200(h). <br /> VI. Special Conditions <br /> The Subrecipient acknowledges that the provision of this grant shall be considered a <br /> forgivable loan, as listed in Exhibit"G". <br /> The Subrecipient acknowledges that the Promissory Note in Exhibit "H" and Deed of Trust in <br /> Exhibit "I" shall be required prior to the start of work. <br />
