We <br /> have received a copy of the 6/03/02 meeting minutes which outlines the basic <br /> green and blue color schemes,but we do not know where these schemes are to be <br /> applied and the contractor does not know what materials to price or purchase. In <br /> a more perfect world the Contractor would order the long-lead items early to insure <br /> their delivery at a time when they are needed. The Carpets and other finishes may <br /> have lead times of 6 to 8 weeks. <br /> • Relocation of the Telemetry Closet. <br /> The location of the closet impacts the routing of cables and other above ceiling <br /> systems. These systems cannot be adequately addressed(priced or installed)until <br /> the new closet location has been determined. <br /> • Emergency power supply system upgrades. <br /> Per Jeffery Harkin's(Sparling)April 25th email the City has indicated that <br /> construction may not be allowed to proceed unless a plan or effort is in place to <br /> upgrade the emergency power supply system.
