Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> 1997 Uniform Building code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington <br /> State Energy Code, 1997 edition, unless noted otherwise. <br /> This review does not cover submitted mechanical, sprinkler,electrical or plumbing documents <br /> —these permits must be obtained separately and may require further review and submission of <br /> plans. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> General <br /> 1) The architectural plans must be stamped and sealed by the registered architect.
