410 <br /> December 16, 2020 <br /> The City Clerk designee administered the oath of office. <br /> Mayor Franklin welcomed the newly appointed police officers. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council members welcomed the newly appointed police officers and wished <br /> citizens, staff, and colleagues happy holidays. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Delta Neighborhood <br /> meeting and the Snohomish County Citizens for Improved Transportation <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member Bader encouraged citizens to visit Everett Map Gallery website <br /> launched by the Everett Planning Department. He also provided an update from <br /> the Snohomish Health District Board meeting regarding COVID-19. Council <br /> • <br /> Member Bader also reported on his attendance at the Harborview / Seahurst / <br /> Glenhaven Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Westmont / Holly <br /> Neighborhood meeting and the Everett Housing Authority's board of <br /> commissioners Moving to Work Application public hearing. <br /> Council Member Moore thanked educators and school staff for their work, <br /> dedication, planning and preparation for bringing kids back to schools. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported on her attendance at the Rethink Housing <br /> virtual forum with former Governor Christine Gregoire. She also provided a liaison <br /> report on her attendance at the Library Board meeting. <br /> President Tuohy announced that Action Item No. 25 has been pulled from today's <br /> agenda.
