Launch and Collaborate <br /> Scoping and Kick-off. BERK staff will conduct a kick-off meeting with the City's project <br /> management team to review a draft project management plan which will include the scope <br /> and timeline, City and consultant team roles, and communication protocols for the project. <br /> The kick-off meeting will also review the outreach strategy and identify key stakeholders. To <br /> provide a foundation for the analysis, BERK will assess existing available data and identify <br /> any information needs. <br /> As part of the kick-off meeting, we also propose a tour of facility, park and trail sites, <br /> conducted in-person or through a coordinated set of individual windshield tours if social <br /> distancing practices are still in place. <br /> :411I PROPOSAL • SUBMITTED OCTOBER 27, 2020 • 13 <br />
