BERK staff will conduct a kick-off meeting with the City's project <br /> management team to review a draft project management plan which will include the scope <br /> and timeline, City and consultant team roles, and communication protocols for the project. <br /> The kick-off meeting will also review the outreach strategy and identify key stakeholders.
