We have two schedule options for the Impact Fee Study. The first draft schedule <br /> proposes an interim area-specific impact study to be completed by May 2021 to ensure collection of <br /> fees for the year. Given the amount of work required to develop and impact fee study, as well as the <br /> required Commerce 60-day review period, delivering a fully comprehensive study by May 2021 may <br /> mean an impact fee approach that addresses knowns prior to the full understanding of the PROS <br /> direction.
