Provide a more detailed outreach plan. <br /> For a summary, please reference slides 6-12 of our presentation materials (Attachment A). <br /> We have developed an outreach plan which is aligned with our proposal and our current understanding <br /> of the project. We are open to discussion and would welcome conversation with the City project team <br /> before finalizing the scope of work. <br /> Please see Attachment B: Outreach Plan to this response. <br /> 4. Discuss project capacity and availability as it relates to current contracts. <br /> Supported by slides 13-14 of our presentation materials (Attachment A). <br /> • Our firms have been in the business for more than 30 years, so we're used to juggling multiple <br /> projects on similar timelines. <br /> • This project is mission-driven which is aligned with the existing strategic and community planning <br /> efforts by the City. This is exactly why we do the work. <br /> • Our project management structure ensures there is a day-to-day point of contact (Lisa Grueter), a <br /> back-up (Jason Hennessy), and leads for each key task. <br /> • Our project team has experience working together on other community-wide planning efforts. <br /> • We are committed to delivering the project on time and on budget no later than March 1, 2022 <br /> RCO deadline. We have developed a plan to expertly advance the work collaboratively and <br /> efficiently. <br /> 5. Identify the project planning staff support prior to the scoping kick-off meeting. <br /> Supported by slide 15 of our presentation materials (Attachment A). <br /> Our goals: be prepared ahead of time, be collaborative and responsive, have clear roles so we are <br /> working independently and respectful of staff time. <br /> In advance of the contract scoping meeting, we will: <br /> • Leverage existing data, gain understanding of the local context to quickly and efficiently scope the <br /> project with targeted input from City staff. <br /> • Bring a draft scope of work as well as thoughts for revisions/potential changes to the draft. <br /> • Develop and adapt a proposed project schedule and timeline. <br /> At the project kick-off meeting, we will set the stage to work cohesively as a team and tactically start the <br /> project: <br /> • Meet our counterparts and affirm roles and lines of communication. <br /> • Affirm scope, schedule, and resources. <br /> • Discuss critical path, potential bottlenecks and solutions. <br /> • Affirm engagement objectives, audiences, and key issues to address in early engagement, e.g. <br /> survey. <br /> �I City of Everett PROS Plan Update—Interview Response 6 <br />
