CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION
PLAN
The Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(CSWPPP)is a combination of the
Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control(TESC)Plan and a narrative. The TESC Plans are
provided in the Design Drawings. The narrative is included in Appendix B.
V. SOURCE CONTROL PLAN
The following activities identified in Volume IV of the 2010 City of Everett Stormwater
Management Manual apply to this project:
• A2.1 Loading and unlading of liquid or solid material
• A3.2 Concrete Pouring, Concrete Cutting, and Asphalt Application at Temporary Sites
• A3.6 Landscaping and Vegetation Management Activities, Including Vegetation Removal,
Herbicide and Insecticide Application,Fertilizer Application,Irrigation,Watering,
Gardening, and Lawn Care.
• A4.4 Storage of Solid Wastes and Food Wastes
• A4.9 Parking and Storage for Vehicles and Equipment
• A5.2 Building Repair,Remodeling, and Construction
A full list of BMPs for each activity class is provided in Appendix C along with the activity
worksheet.
VI.SPECIAL REPORTS AND/OR STUDIES
The geotechnical report is available under separate cover upon request.
VII.OTHER PERMITS
Other permits applicable to this project include Washington State Department of Ecology State
Waste Discharge General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activity
(Construction Stormwater General Permit, or CSWGP).
VIII.PERMANENT STORMWATER CONTROL PLAN
A. Off-site Analysis
A site visit was conducted on July 6,2014 to verify the onsite conditions, evaluate the downstream
drainage paths, and determine any upstream tributary areas to the site. The weather during the site
investigation consisted of overcast sky and an approximate temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
Western Threshold Discharge Area
Drainage within the project limits tributary to the western threshold discharge area(TDA)sheet
flows from theproject area to the northwest towards Walter Hall Golf Course(private property).
Through on-site observations the flow path appears to continue sheet flowing to the northwest
LPD Engineering, PLLC Page 6 Mukilteo School District Teaching and Learning Center
Stormwater Site Plan,July 22, 2014; Revised August 25, 2014
