Minimum Requirements for this project: • Minimum Requirement#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation This document is the Stormwater Site Plan. It outlines the existing and proposed site and drainage conditions, describes the flow control systems,and presents the stormwater analysis. • Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention The CSWPP Plan in accordance with Volume II, Chapter 2 of the 2010 City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual is included in Section IV of this report. • Minimum Requirement#3: Source Control of Pollution There are sources of pollutants proposed as part of this project. Runoff from these surfaces will be treated in accordance with Volume IV of 2010 City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual.These are outlined in Section V of this report. • Minimum Requirement#4:Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls The proposed drainage system maintains the existing flow distribution from the two threshold discharge areas and maintains the discharge points from the site. • Minimum Requirement#5: On-site Stormwater Management On-site stormwater management BMPs provided for this project include BMP 12.20 Soil Amendments,Quality and Depth,BMP 12.50 Downspout Dispersion Systems and BMP 12.70 Sheet Flow Dispersion. • Minimum Requirement#6: Runoff Treatment The project proposes less than 5,000 square feet of new and replaced pollution generating surface,therefore runoff treatment is not required. • Minimum Requirement#7: Flow Control Table 2.2 Flow Control Requirements by Threshold Discharge Area states that flow control facilities are only required for threshold discharge areas with more than 5,000 square feet of net new impervious surface. Due to the large quantity of removed impervious surface in each threshold discharge area,neither area meets this criterion,therefore flow control facilities are not proposed. • Minimum Requirement#8: Wetlands Protection There are no wetlands located within the site. • Minimum Requirement#9: Operation and Maintenance See Section VIII.G of this report for the Operation and Maintenance Plan for the proposed stormwater management systems.
