STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br /> The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br /> corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Existing site consists of Industrial Building and associated parking areas. Parking areas <br /> are surrounded with pervious grass and tree areas <br /> Describe existing structures(location,type): <br /> Existing 217,800SF industrial building central to Lot 1 <br /> Describe slopes on your site(flat,rolling,steep,%): <br /> Flat, 2% <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof,ground treatment): <br /> Exisiting bituminous paving in parking areas with concrete sidewalks accessing the <br /> building <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces(location,quanity ft2): <br /> Landscaped areas with mulch/trees around perimeter of building. Landscaping, grass <br /> and trees surrounding the parking perimeter.
