Describe drainage flow paths(direction, location): <br /> Drainage on the west side of the building is captured in storm sewer running parallel to <br /> the building. Stormwater is directed to 1 of 2 existing Vortechs Vault and Stormfilter MH <br /> where it receives treatment. This line then exits the site to the west to combine with city <br /> storm sewer in Associated Blvd. Drainaae on the east side the buildina is captured in <br /> Are there Critical Areas?What are they and where are they located relative to your project?: <br /> N/A <br /> 774 <br /> Ai Task 2: Describe proposed project <br /> Describe your proposed project: <br /> The proposed project will resurface existing paved areas and preparing the lot for van <br /> staging and parking. An additional entrance to the site will be added as well as <br /> pedestrian sidewalks. Disturbed landscape areas will be relocated to the Southeast <br /> portion of the site. Utilities will be modified to accommodate the changes to the site. <br /> How will your project change the existing condition?: <br /> There will be minimal changes to the existing condition. Existing drainage patterns will <br /> remain the same. No additional impervious will be added to the site. Existing <br /> stormwater treatment will remain in place. <br /> Describe roofs,patios,driveways,or structures added: <br /> A new canopy will be added over existing drive/parking areas. Drainage from the <br /> canopy will be captured by roof drains and routed to stormsewer upstream of the <br /> stormwater treatment vaults. The existing driveway and parking areas will only be <br /> altered to provide better site functionality. The canopy portion of the proiect is included <br /> How will stormwater be managed?: <br /> Stormwater will remain as is. Drainage patterns were not altered. Existing stormwater <br /> BMPs will provide treatment of stormwater before being discharged off site. Additional <br /> BMPs will be used during construction such as construction entrance/exit, inlet <br /> protection at CBs, silt fence and soil stabilization. <br /> Describe how the project will affect existing drainage systems onsite or on adjacent properties <br /> or both: <br /> Existing drainage patterns/volumes will not change as a result of the project.
