The <br /> comments below must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address <br /> building issues only. The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. <br /> Additional comments have been added based on a review of the revised construction drawings. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 International Building <br /> Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International <br /> Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy Conservation (IECC), <br /> and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI <br /> A117.1). Federal ADA, FHA, and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing <br /> Accessibility Guidelines, may be more restrictive. References to other design standards include <br /> the current edition. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation should <br /> be submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. One copy of supplemental structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed <br /> project for compliance with the adopted codes.
