The foundation details on Sheets SF1.2 and S-1.3 do not show the insulation consistently with Detail 14/A6.5. The insulation should be horizontal. 2. It appears the references to Detail 14/A6.5 are provided on Sheet A2.1.The "SIM" reference is provided near Grid B/4.This condition appears very similar to the location where the "TYP" reference occurs near Grid B/1. I would suggest providing the "SIM" at a thick section of wall, such as the NW building corner(i.e., Grid A/1), and amend the section note as"SIM,TYP".Again,this is only a recommendation. The drawings otherwise look done.
