ESC3, ESC4, ESC5 (catch basins not currently shown on this
sheet).
Section 2.1.3—Stormwater cannot be ponded on landfill cover—not recommended to use sediment ponds or sediment
traps as flow rate control.Check dams on interceptor ditches should have sufficient slope to prevent ponding—
inspections should verify ponding is not occurring at flow rate control BMPs.
Section 2.1.10—Baker Tank is okay to use for dewatering (if necessary), sediment ponds are not allowed on landfill site.
Drawing No. ESC3—Extension of landfill gas system on the southeast end system included placement of a berm and
sandbags on the fence along the east side of the site to prevent water from the Snohomish River from running on to the
site—this will prevent stormwater runoff from flowing offsite to the east.Addition of fill should not result in increased
runoff from site so this should be okay.
Drawing No. NT2—Include note about preventing ponded water on landfill cover
Everett Riverfront—Simpson Site Phase 3 Preload Removal
Section 3.1.2—Phase 3 area is not indicated on plans—construction access should be to Phase 3 section not at main
access to site which is now paved. Update Plan Sheet C2.01 and C2.03. How is wash water being controlled on site?
Section 4.0—Missing a sentence in 5.Schedule—last two dates should be in 2019
Plan Sheets—No detail sheet is provided for swale and infiltration sump
Thanks,
4ren.
