The list contains key milestones such as wet season <br /> construction. <br /> The BMP implementation schedule listed below is keyed to proposed phases of the construction <br /> project, and reflects differences in BMP installations and inspections that relate to wet season <br /> construction. The dry season is considered to be from May 1 to September 30 and the wet <br /> season is considered to be from October 1 to April 30. <br /> I .
