Please update the source control information to <br /> the current manual. <br /> vii. Identify the limits of the Stormwater Detention/Storage areas on the plans. This <br /> will allow future maintenance personnel and inspectors to identify that the flooding <br /> is intended and not a failure of the stormwater system. <br /> viii. The plans should identify the existing/to be constructed stormwater lift station <br /> located in the sidewalk near the northeast corner of the site. A note should be <br /> provided requiring protection of this facility. <br /> ix. DCSS Section 4-4.1 (3) requires that all underground stormwater facilities be <br /> setback from property lines a minimum distance equal to the depth of the exaction <br /> to install the facility. Verify that the filter cartridge vault meets this criteria. <br /> x. DCSS Section 4-4.2 (3) requires that lids larger than a standard manhole lid be <br /> hinged for ease of access. Please ensure that the lids to the filter cartridge vault <br /> meet this requirement. <br /> xi. For the next submittal please provide the O&M Manual as a standalone document <br /> and include the following items. A copy of the O&M manual may be included in <br /> the drainage report or adopted by reference. <br /> L The party responsible for maintenance and operation; <br /> 2. The requirement for the O&M Manual to be retained on or within <br /> reasonable access to the site; <br /> 3. The requirement to transfer the O&M Manual to any new property owner <br /> along with the property, and <br /> 4. The requirement that a log of maintenance activity be kept and made <br /> available for inspection by the City upon request. The log must indicate <br /> what O&M actions were taken. <br /> 5. A plan sheet identifying the location of the facilities to be maintained. <br /> 6. Manufacturer's requirements for maintenance of the proposed trench <br /> drains. <br /> 3. The Planning Department is conducting a separate review of the landscape plans.You will receive <br /> a separate correction letter, if required, from this project's Planner, John Jimerson.
