Upon roll call, it was found <br /> that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, Moore, Vogeli, <br /> • Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> The minutes of the December 30, 2020, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Murphy and Moore abstained. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin spoke about the devastation at the attack on the nation's Capitol <br /> building in Washington D.C. today and her hopes for peace in our country. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council members concurred and thanked Mayor Franklin for her comments this <br /> evening. <br /> Council Member Murphy wished everyone a happy new year.
