City of Everett 00 7343 - 1 <br /> 2021 Biosolids and Backwash Solids Removal UT 3752-1 / 20 <br /> SECTION 00 7343 - WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1.1 SPECIFICATION REFERENCE <br /> A. Section 00 7200 — GENERAL CONDITIONS, Part 7.1 "Wages of Employees". <br /> 1.2 WORK LOCATION <br /> A. All Work performed within Snohomish County, WA. <br /> 1.3 PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Contractor agrees to comply with all state and federal laws relating to the <br /> employment of labor and wage rates to be paid. The hourly wages to be paid to <br /> laborers, workers, or mechanics shall be not less than the prevailing rate of wage <br /> for an hour's work in the same trade or occupation in Snohomish County. <br /> 1. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective <br /> 9/2/2020; Benefit Code Key, effective 9/2/2020 are, by reference, made a <br /> part of this Contract. <br /> 2. Prevailing wage rates can be accessed at the following URL: <br /> http://www.ini.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/default.asp <br /> 3. Printed copies of the current prevailing wage forms are available upon <br /> request. <br /> B. In the preparation of its Bid, based on these Specifications, the Bidder is solely <br /> responsible to: <br /> 1. Use the schedule in effect at the time of the Bid Opening Date and time. <br /> 2. Determine the appropriate labor classification(s). <br /> 3. Utilize the appropriate and correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> C. No payment will be made on this Contract until the Contractor and each <br /> Subcontractor has submitted a "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages", <br /> form F700-029-000, which has been approved by the industrial statistician of the <br /> Department of Labor and Industries. <br /> D. No final payment or release of retainage will be made until the Contractor and <br /> each Subcontractor has submitted an "Affidavit of Wages Paid", form F700-007- <br /> 000, which has been certified by the industrial statistician of the Department of <br /> Labor and Industries. <br /> E. Post the prevailing rate of wage statement in a location readily visible to workers <br /> at the job site, or as allowed by RCW 39.12.020. The "Statement of Intent to Pay <br /> Prevailing Wages" shall include: <br /> 00 7343 - 1 WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS <br />
