I have <br />enclosed a copy of the last inspeaion. The Uniform Building Code provides that �Il permits <br />expire by iimitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any <br />time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit <br />from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />or <br />or <br />1) Request an inspeaion of work that hu occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />2) Request final inspeaion if t6e work is completed, <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for micro6lming without final approval.
