However, it is the responsibility of the food service establishment <br /> operator/owner to obtain all necessary permits and approvals from all applicable agencies. <br /> Operating the establishment without required permits or approvals may subject the operator/owner to <br /> enforcement action by the appropriate agency. <br /> Changes or additions to the approved plans or equipment require pre-approval from the Snohomish <br /> Health District prior to implementation of the changes. <br /> A copy of the Snohomish Health District Appeals procedure is available upon request.
