Schedule: <br /> • NTP on Feb. 15, 2021 <br /> • Data Review: Feb. 15 —March 15, 2021 <br /> • Site Reconnaissance, preliminary basemap, and geotechnical review: <br /> March 15 —April 15, 2021 <br /> • Review and Verification of Previously Modeled CSO Storage Volume and <br /> system operations: Feb. 15 -April 15, 2021 <br /> • Development of Design and Evaluation Criteria: March 15 —April 30, 2021 <br /> • Development and Evaluation of CSO Control Options: April 30—June 30, <br /> 2021 <br /> • BODR and Final Design Scope Development: July 1—August 15, 2021 <br /> • Phase 1 completion by August 15, 2021 <br /> e. Deliverables will be in electronic format only. <br /> f. Meetings will be held virtually. <br /> g. The Consultant may shift budget between work tasks. <br /> h. The City will provide certain documents including, but not limited to the list <br /> below. <br /> i. The City's drafting Standards will be used. <br /> j. Design and Standard Specifications and Details shall utilize: <br /> • City of Everett's Design and Construction Standards. <br /> • Washington State Department of Transportation/American Public Works <br /> Association (WSDOT/APWA), Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge <br /> and Municipal Construction, 2010 edition. <br /> • The City's master specifications and applicable additional provisions to <br /> the Standard Specifications. <br /> • Washington Department of Ecology latest edition of Criteria for Sewage <br /> Works Design (the Orange Book). <br /> k. The Consultant will rely on General and Special Provisions, Standard <br /> Specifications, and Standard Details provided by the City. The Consultant may <br /> recommend changes to the Standard Specifications where project conditions <br /> warrant.
