Sewer 0 project information (phase 1 construction documents; phase 2 <br /> preliminary model information) <br /> h. Future transit development plans, constraints, and criteria <br /> i. GIS and as-built data for the project area. <br /> j. Online links to survey monument data. <br /> k. Requirements for survey book. <br /> I. Online link to City Design Standards. <br /> m. Standard and Master specifications. <br /> n. City Special Provisions. <br /> o. Sample plans and specifications as a guide to content and format. <br /> p. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The work includes three phases: <br /> Phase 1—Preliminary Engineering (Confirmation of Concept and Project <br /> Definition) <br /> Phase 2—Detailed Design <br /> Phase 3 —Construction Assistance <br /> Task 100—Project Management <br /> The purpose of this task is to provide oversight and management of the work, including <br /> contract administration, oversight of subconsultants, quality review and assurance, and <br /> periodic communication with the City. <br /> Activities: <br /> Project Plan.The Consultant will prepare a Project Plan that will describe project <br /> background and purpose, include the project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable <br /> milestones, list relevant design standards, describe the project-specific QA/QC plan, and list <br /> 3IPage <br />
