Assumptions: <br /> • For this Scope of Work, the project area is limited to the area shown in Exhibit A-1. <br /> • The Consultant will utilize and rely on the SWMM model provided by the City.The <br /> model will be assumed to be calibrated with "record drawing" information already <br /> incorporated and previous work performed by BHC. <br /> • The Consultant will use and rely on GIS data and City transit project AutoCAD <br /> basemap provided by the City for purposes of general location of surface <br /> improvements. <br /> • The City will handle all permitting and regulatory issues and approvals relating to this <br /> effort. <br /> Activities: <br /> 210 - Data Review. The City will provide copies of previous studies and models completed <br /> by BHC for the project area. The Consultant will review utility model data, the City's GIS <br /> inventory data, and available and applicable reports, as listed in City Furnished Documents <br /> above. The Consultant will review and provide written comments on the information as <br /> required in order to clarify the basis of the work for Task 200. <br /> One 2-hour data review meeting is anticipated with the City and others as the City may <br /> require in order to discuss comments and clarify the basis of Task 200 work. This meeting <br /> will serve as the kick-off meeting for this project. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Project reference document log <br /> • Written comments on previous completed data and model provided by BHC <br /> • Agenda and meeting notes, draft and final <br /> 220 -Site Reconnaissance. The design team will conduct a site visit and walk the project <br /> area to understand field conditions and potential project challenges. The City or other <br /> agency representatives may participate in the site visit and share project knowledge and <br /> concerns. The Consultant will coordinate with the City prior to conducting any site visits. <br /> The Consultant will prepare a Site Visit Report to summarize significant discussions and <br /> observations. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Site visit report, draft and final <br /> 230- Preliminary basemap. The Consultant shall create a preliminary basemap using City GIS <br /> and aerial maps and transit project AutoCAD basemap provided by the City; the Sewer 0 <br /> 61Page <br />
