• Draft construction phasing plan, including <br /> design and construction phases, and <br /> coordination elements with City's Sewer 0 <br /> project. <br /> • Design scope and schedule (final BODR only). <br /> Basis of Design Workshop. The Consultant will convene a 2-hour Basis of Design Workshop <br /> to present the draft report. <br /> Final Basis of Design Report. The City will review and comment on the draft report.The <br /> Consultant will respond to comments, meeting as required to resolve comments. A Final <br /> Basis of Design Report will be prepared. <br /> Design Scope Development. Following the workshop, the Consultant will develop a Scope <br /> of Work for detailed design. After discussion, the Scope will become the basis for a <br /> contract amendment and the detailed design to follow in Task 400. Design will include <br /> submittals for 30%, 60%, 90%, and final Construction Documents to complete Phase 2. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft Basis of Design Report <br /> • Agenda, workshop and meeting notes <br /> • Response to comments <br /> • Final Basis of Design Report <br /> Phase 2 - Design <br /> The Consultant will complete detailed design and prepare final plans, specifications, and <br /> construction cost estimates, subject to an amendment to the Scope of Work and Fee <br /> Estimate. Interim documents will be submitted for City review at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100%. <br /> This Phase will include field surveying and mapping, geotechnical investigations, utility <br /> agency coordination, community relations support, permit and environmental assistance, <br /> and bid assistance. <br /> Phase 3 - Construction Support Services <br /> The Consultant will provide engineering support during construction, subject to an <br /> amendment for said services. Services will include meetings, occasional site visitations, <br /> limited submittal reviews, RFI and issue review and response, preparation of record <br /> 11IPage <br />
