Tech Memo documenting this Task (appendices with meeting summaries, sketches, etc., up to 10 pages of main text and tables with appendices) Deliverables: • Alternatives Development and Analysis Tech Memo, draft and final Task 300— Basis of Design Report The purpose of this task is to incorporate the findings of Tasks 200 into a Basis of Design Report that describes the recommended project for Phase 2 and the construction schedule. Assumptions: • Analysis will be completed under task 200, no new analysis will be preformed as part of the Basis of Design. Activities Basis of Design Report.The Consultant will compile and summarize the information prepared in Tasks 200. Using the information and the results of workshops previously completed, the Consultant will describe the project into a draft report that will include the following elements: • Executive summary • Technical memoranda from Tasks 200 • Design criteria • Preliminary plans using GIS mapping (completed in Task 270). • Planning level cost estimates for the elements of the work (completed in Task 270) 10IPage
