A landscape and irrigation plan meeting the requirements of EMC 19.35.100—115 will be required <br /> to be submitted with the Building and/or Public Works permit applications.Landscape and irrigation <br /> plans must be prepared by professionals licensed or certified in Washington State. Prior to issuance <br /> of any permits, landscape and irrigation plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br /> Division. <br /> 2. An itemized cost estimate of the planting materials for the landscaping will be required at time of <br /> p g <br /> Building and/or Public Works permit submittal. <br /> 3. All landscaping must be installed prior to final of Public Works or building permits. Inspection of the <br /> plantings is required when completed.Contact the Planning Department to schedule an inspection. <br /> 4. A two-year maintenance assurance device,no less than 10%of the cost of the planting material and <br /> installation,will be required to be submitted before Building permit final for all new landscaping. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans and elevations dated March 12,2019 require Planning Division approval. <br /> Any future minor modifications,as determined by the planning director,may be reviewed as a <br /> Review Process I. <br /> 6.
