A final decision of overall project approval will be based on construction permit <br /> application review. Please note that although some design concepts listed below have received design <br /> concept"approval",all other departments,such as Building, Fire, Public Works and Traffic,will need to <br /> review the proposed construction drawings through the appropriate permit submittals for compliance <br /> with other City codes and standards.
