3. OFF-SITE ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION <br /> This project proposes to construct approximately 12,425 sf of new and replaced <br /> impervious surfaces on-site. Since this project falls under the redevelopment project <br /> requirements as noted in Section 1 of this report the new and replaced impervious <br /> surfaces are required to meet minimum requirements 1-5. <br /> Therefore, this project proposes to construct approximately 2,425 sf of new impervious <br /> surfaces along with .
