0 0 Fl L,6 Copy <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Jesse Jarrell, Western Engineers, Inc., 425-356-2700 <br />FROM: Sabrina Fandler, Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br />DATE: 7/7/2017 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: Site Design for Silver Plaza Retail and Office <br />LOCATION: 10521 19' Ave SE <br />PERMIT #: PW1703-022 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />1. Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandlerkeverettwa.gov. <br />Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public <br />Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the <br />Building Department and/or the Planning Department. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br />resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https:Heverettwa.gov/Pennits or at the <br />Permit Counter-2" d Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report <br />iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this <br />form, please email Sabrina at SFandlergeverettwa.gov. Signing of this form <br />must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically <br />done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br />filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br />vi. Electronic Documents: (1) CD with pdfs of revised plans and drainage report. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />b. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all <br />comments listed below. Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an <br />,CPage 1 of 6 <br />
