Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandlergeverettwa.gov. <br />Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public <br />Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the <br />Building Department and/or the Planning Department. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br />resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) see attached, also available at the Permit Counter-2 <br />"d <br />Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. <br />iv. Operations and Maintenance Manual: (2) copies of separate O&M Manual. <br />v. SWPPP Report: (2) copies of revised SWPPP report plus original City Markups. <br />vi. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this <br />form, please email Sabrina at SFandlergeverettwa.gov. Signing of this form <br />must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically <br />done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br />vii. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br />filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. Update if <br />any of your stormwater design changes the original document that was <br />submitted. <br />viii. Electronic Documents: (1) CD with pdfs of revised plans, drainage report, and <br />O&M Manual. <br />Page Df6 <br />
