This letter is foPW 44lalrvices <br />response to the commentary of your letter dated June 16`h, 2017. We have copied these comments and our <br />responses are given after each in blue text. <br />General: <br />1. Please identify all exterior signage (except building number and accessible parking signage) as being a <br />deferred submittal. <br />Life safety signage is included and as shown. Way finding and other signage will be deferred. <br />Ref. G201, A100 and 4/A102 <br />Occupancy, <br />1. Please summarize total occupant load count by occupancy and floor area, per IBC table 1004.1.2. <br />a. The occupant load factors on G201 appear to be representing zoning calculations, not building code <br />occupancy loads. <br />We concur - Ref. revised G201 for details <br />b. The areas on sheet G201 do not appear to correspond with areas on sheet G200. <br />We Concur - Ref. revised G200 <br />c. Please identify the area of the restaurant separately from the covered outdoor area. <br />We Concur - The covered outdoor area (Patio) is part of the restaurant. <br />d. Please indicate if the covered outdoor area will exit directly or will be contained to exit to the interior of <br />the restaurant. <br />The exiting from the restaurant was previously shown to this enclosed area. This was incorrect and has <br />been revised. The covered outdoor area (Patio) will be contained to exit to the interior of the restaurant <br />for security reasons. <br />v 2. Please show the following on the drawings: <br />a. Specific signage at the main entrance door and the exit doors to indicate that these doors will be open <br />during business hours, per IBC section 1010.1.9.3, item 2.2. <br />We Concur - Ref. revised A601 <br />b.
