Vision lites on doors should be dimensioned as no greater than 43 inches to the bottom of the lite, or not <br />less than 66 inches to the bottom of the lite, per IBC section 404.2.10. <br />We concur— Ref. revised A601 <br />Energy <br />1. The details for insulation and the compliance of the component R and U values seem to be either missing or <br />incorrect on some of the drawings and the summary on sheet G200. Please update or correct per WSEC <br />tables C402.1.3, C402.1.4 and C402.4. <br />We concur — Ref. summary values placed on G200 <br />2. Please include a calculated lighting summary from the forms available on NEEC.NET to verify compliance for <br />the interior and exterior electrical power and lighting systems, to include daylight zones and controls. This <br />information should be shown or scoped on the building permit, per WSEC section C405. <br />See attached Lighting Summary and Elec drawings by AWA Elec Engineers. <br />3. Please identify two additional efficiency package options and how those options will be met if they will be <br />submitted as a deferred permit, per WSEC section C406. <br />Of the 8 items listed this project will use as part of the future tenant improvement phase, these two <br />features: 1. Higher efficiency HVAC equip, 3. Enhanced lighting controls with occupancy sensors. <br />i <br />4. It appears that only the Mech-Sum was submitted from NEEC.net. The mechanical permit is a deferred <br />submittal. For the building permit, please submit the Proj-Sum and Lighting -Sum spreadsheets with the <br />information electronically completed to show compliance. <br />See attached WSEC Proj Summary and Lighting Summary spreadsheets. <br />5.
