Everett Mall Way—4th Ave SE Emergency Contractor Procurement Process: <br /> 1-4-2021—Upon receiving emergency approval from Public Works Director to proceed with the <br /> ' emergency contract for signal cabinet and foundation repair at Everett Mall Way 4th Ave SE,Sail <br /> Electric and Service Electric were contacted via phone because these 2 Contractors were known to have <br /> active job sites in Everett. <br /> Corey Hert called Sail Electric and left a message for Shawn Barton. <br /> Euneka Richards called Service Electric,spoke to Jack,set up a site visit for 11:30,and received a cost <br /> proposal before hearing back from Sail Electric, Euneka proceeded with the cheapest fastest proposal, <br /> which was the only proposal received by the end of 1-4-2021. <br /> 1-5-2021—Corey received a call back from Sail Electric and advised that an alternate faster received <br /> proposal was being processed but that we would contact them again during the next such event. <br />
