Traffic signal cabinet and foundation knocked down due to vehicle ti <br /> crash.Traffic signal has no power and can not operate until a new <br /> foundation is installed and a new traffic signal cabinet is installed. <br /> Further wire damage may be present but can't be confirmed until <br /> foundation repair begins.Until the traffic signal is operational again <br /> the intersection of Everett Mall Way--4th Ave W will be in a 4 way or 2 <br /> way stop controlled configuration.
