ARTICLE 22 - SENIORITY LIST AND ANNIVERSARY DATE <br /> 22.1 General. <br /> 22.1.1 The City shall keep an up-to-date seniority roster. Any objections to the seniority list <br /> as posted shall be reported by EPMA to the City. The anniversary date shall be the <br /> date of the appointment. If an employee is promoted, the promotion date becomes <br /> the anniversary date.
