ARTICLE 26 - DURATION <br /> 26.1 General. <br /> 26.1.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2021 and shall <br /> remain in full force and effect through the last day of December 2022. Any one <br /> Article may be opened if mutually agreed to by both parties. If agreement is not <br /> reached within 30 days, the Article or Articles will remain in force as written.
