This is a <br />mean -spirited and unnecessary law that only further penalizes people who are down on their luck, and does nothing to <br />actually address the issue of homelessness. We need solutions, not petty attempts to sweep the problem under the rug. <br />Please reject this ordinance and focus your time and energy on solutions that will get people help and housing instead of <br />criminalizing their existence. <br />Thank you, <br />Derek Boiko-Weyrauch <br />i <br />
