Creating additional barriers for people experiencing <br />homelessness makes it more difficult for our service providers to support job seekers with housing and job search. <br />Creating a cyclical pattern that makes it an uphill battle to support the people we serve on a pathway to self- sufficiency. <br />I urge you not to pass this ordinance. <br />Thank you, <br />Heidi Schauble <br />1 <br />
